went Pasar Malam after dinner with Eumene unnie, Kymce, Melodii jiejie and Yun, did a bodyscan analysis at a nutrition club's stall.
this is my result, so happy to see my weight 46.9kg!! BUT that person said: "underweight seriously. body fat negative, 20% only! what did you eat? (sorry la, i take 'tasteless' food. less oil, less salt, less sugar) visceral fat...对，我怕冷. conclusion: i need to eat more and increase my body fats. ah~difficult task for me..
reached home about 10.30pm..haha. Parents okay with that cause i went out with friends that had dinner at my house before (dad quite strict...)
